(2) At any point, our company or professionals will not be obliged to take responsibility for your devices if they fall under the warranty terms. We are strictly dedicated to providing our services for devices that fall out of warranty. You are hereby advised to take your device to the authorized service provider, HP Authorised Service Center, hp authorized service center, hp care, authorised hp service center, authorized hp service center, if it falls under warranty.
(3) We are affectionate in our services and thus install 100% genuine repair parts from the certified manufacturers. Our company and professionals are not allowed to use any pirated products or software at any cost. You must own the licensed copy of the software you wish to install. Besides, we are legally allowed to install open-source or trial versions of the software only if available. We are strictly against the use of pirated or cracked software.
(4) None of our professionals or company will ever remove or alter any part of your device without your approval. However, to add extra precautions we advise you to note the device's serial number wherever applicable. In case of any dispute that might arise further, we shall not entertain any queries at any cost.
(5) The responsibility of any data on the device is of the customer only. We are strictly against using or accessing customer data and at any cost, we do not take any backup at our end. Furthermore, to access data if needed, we proceed only after your approval. The entire responsibility of the backup is yours only before handing over the device. We will not be responsible for any data loss during the repair process. Besides, if such a case arises, we will not be responsible for data backup or compensation at any cost.
(6) Once the data is successfully transferred to the client’s hard disk we make sure that the local copy of the data is deleted in front of the customer to add more security to the process and client data. We shall not be held responsible for any data leak if the device was handed to any other repair service before bringing it to us. If there are any such details, the customer must give a prior intimation and inform us. Any dispute or compensation of any kind shall not be entertained at any cost.
(7) The responsibility of all the software data is of the customer only. The customer is advised to backup everything before taking the device for repair. Any case of data infringement shall not be entertained neither shall the company be held responsible for it at any cost. Our technicians always take customer permission if data access is essential otherwise they never will alter any data at any cost.
(8) The charges mentioned on the website are repair costs only and don’t include the cost of replacement parts or spare parts or guarantee or warranty or consumables. These are the standard charges and can alter depending on the complexity of the repair service.
9. If during the diagnosis, it’s figured that any further troubleshooting may lead to the device's death, then the customer must provide the approval to the company to proceed ahead in the written format or statement. The customer has complete authority to cancel or continue the repair service at any time although at his own risk. Any further damage or issues shall not be the responsibility of the company or the technicians. And no further queries or disputes shall be entertained regarding the same.
